All-on-5: why not every clinic takes it and how treatment goes

Five implants per jaw and a fixed bridge: who needs it, what a clinic must have, timelines and the price from 1,500,000 ₸. Ten Tursunov Clinic cases and a patient review (2GIS, 02.11.2025).

Key points

  • All-on-5 is five implants per jaw with a fixed bridge on them; an option for when no natural teeth remain or they cannot be saved.
  • Such operations require a surgeon experienced in full-arch rehabilitation, a prosthodontist and a laboratory working together, and a 3D scan before the plan — which is why "not everyone takes them".
  • Tursunov Clinic has ten published All-on-5 cases; All-on-5 on the Izen system is 1,500,000 ₸ per jaw.
  • One of the clinic's reviews on 2GIS is from a patient who had All-on-5 placed in autumn 2025.

What All-on-5 is and how it differs from All-on-4

The idea is the same: instead of an implant under every tooth, several implants that carry a single fixed bridge for the whole jaw. Four or five supports is a question of bone and load. What suits you is visible only on a 3D scan (CBCT). A comparison of the options is in the guide "All-on-4 or All-on-6".

Implant surgeon Arnur Tursunov explains the difference this way: the advantage of All-on-5 over All-on-4 is an even distribution of chewing load across the implants, without overloading the end supports. Five supports make it possible to correct the bite if it is disturbed and to chew fully without fear that the implants are overloaded.

Why not every clinic takes these cases

Full-arch rehabilitation is not "placing an implant five times". Extraction of the remaining teeth, the position of each support on the scan, a temporary bridge in the first days and a permanent one after healing all have to be planned at once. At least three specialists are responsible: the surgeon, the prosthodontist and the dental technician.

If a clinic lacks that combined experience, it is more honest to refer the case on. At Tursunov Clinic full-arch operations are performed by Arnur Tursunov, an implant surgeon with more than 30 years of experience; the prosthetic stage is handled by Ruslan Grigoriev.

How it goes: from the clinic's cases

Ten All-on-5 cases are published on the site with the patients' consent. An example: a 60-year-old patient with teeth that could not be saved — 10 implants placed in both jaws with immediate loading (case dated 09.04.2026). In another case a permanent bridge on a titanium bar was fixed a week after surgery; in a third the patient moved to a fixed restoration after an uncomfortable removable denture.

The timelines in these cases are not a promise: for every patient they depend on implant stability and healing.

A patient's experience

In a 2GIS review dated 2 November 2025 a patient writes that he recently had All-on-5 placed by Arnur Aitzhanovich, that not every clinic takes on such work, that here everything was done precisely and carefully, and that he is happy with the result. That is his assessment of his own treatment; the medical outcome for another patient depends on their starting situation.

How much it costs and what is included

Per the price list, All-on-5 on the Izen system (Korea) is 1,500,000 ₸ per jaw; on Neodent 2,000,000 ₸, on Straumann 3,300,000 ₸. The price includes the surgery and the restoration per the plan; diagnostics, the permanent bridge and bone preparation, if needed, are priced separately — ask for a stage-by-stage estimate. Instalments: Kaspi Red 0-0-24 and Halyk 0-0-12.

The first consultation is free; a 3D scan (CBCT) is 11,000 ₸ per the price list. Indications and the protocol are determined by the doctor after the scan and examination; the cases and the review describe specific patients' experience.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the operation take?

Usually one visit per jaw; a temporary bridge in the first days, the permanent one after healing — the doctor gives the timing from the follow-up scan.

Is it possible if I have worn a removable denture for years?

Often yes, but bone under a removable denture shrinks — the volume is checked on CBCT, and sometimes preparation is needed.

What if there is not enough bone?

Tilted implants, bone grafting or a sinus lift are possible — the decision is made from the scan.

Is there an age when it is too late?

Age by itself is not a contraindication; general health and readiness for aftercare are what matter.
